ORDINANCE NO. 2017-11

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING; AMENDING APPENDIX I TO THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE BY REZONING LOTS 4-13, BLOCK 2 AND LOTS 1-8, BLOCK 3 AND LOTS 1-16, BLOCK 4 ALL IN WEXLERS ADDITION AS PLANNED MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (PMR)

THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. Section 9 of Appendix I of the Richfield Zoning Code is amended by adding the following:

(8) M-9, Lots 4-13, Block 2 and Lots 1-8, Block 3 and Lots 1-16, Block 4, Wexlers Addition.

Sec. 2. Section 13, Paragraph (45) of Appendix I of the Richfield Zoning Code is repealed:

(45) M-9 (W of 18th, between 67th and 68th). Lots 1-8, Block 3, Wexlers Addition.

Sec. 3. Section 17, Paragraphs (16) and (17) of Appendix I of the Richfield Zoning Code are repealed:

(16) M-9 (S of roundabout, 17th to 18th) Lots 4-16, Block 2, Wexlers Addition.

(17) M-9 (18th to Cedar, 67th to 68th) Block 4, Wexlers Addition.

Sec. 4. Section 21, Paragraphs (1) and (2) of Appendix I of the Richfield Zoning Code are repealed:

(1) M-9 (S of roundabout between 17th & 18th) Lots 4-16, Block 2, Wexlers Addition.

(2) M-9 (18th to Cedar, 67th to 68th). Block 4, Wexlers Addition.

Sec. 5. This ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the Richfield City Charter.
