PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES

On September 11, 2017, at its regular meeting, the Bloomington City Council enacted an ordinance with charts amending Chapters 13 and 14 of the City Code, pertaining to sales hours allowed for on-sale intoxicating liquor and 3.2% malt liquor licenses. The specific title of the ordinance enacted was: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING HOLDERS OF ON-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES AND ON-SALE 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR LICENSES TO SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR UNTIL 4:00 A.M. DURING THE 2018 SUPER BOWL AND THEREBY AMENDING CHAPTERS 13 AND 14 OF THE CITY CODE. to allow sales in on-sale intoxicating liquor and on-sale 3.2 percent malt liquor establishments until 4:00 a.m. during the 2018 Super Bowl with a special permit issued by the City.
