Veterans benefit is Sept. 17 at Richfield American Legion

The Mission Project, a veteran advocacy organization, will hold its third annual

Spaghetti Dinner & Fundraiser Sunday, Sept. 17, at the Richfield American Legion, 6501 Portland Ave.

The festivities begin with a silent auction at 4 p.m., followed by dinner from 5-7 p.m. The Fabulous Del Counts will provide the entertainment, playing from 6-9 p.m.

All the activity benefits the Mission Project’s goal of supporting the military and its veterans through a variety of programming. Those efforts include care packages, a support group, scholarship fund, gift cards and a program enlists prisoners to make quilts for veterans in crisis.

Adult tickets are $20. Kids 12 and younger cost $6. All-you-can-drink beer will be offered for $10. There will also be a cash bar.
