Braden Ross, a junior at Eden Prairie High School, recently won the Optimist Club of Eden Prairie’s Eden Prairie Sings competition. Runner-up Frankie Torres will also be moving on to the statewide Minnesota Sings competition against winners from other cities statewide.
Both Braden and Frankie will continue to the annual Minnesota Sings Competition Sept. 24 at Holiday Inn East in St. Paul. There, they will compete for their share of more than $10,000 in prizes. The entry fees for the contestants are sponsored by the Optimist Club of Eden Prairie. Tickets are available to guests.
