The Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina and Richfield chambers of commerce will host a presentation on the economic opportunities and impacts facing Minnesota businesses.
The presentation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, at the Hilton hotel, 3800 American Blvd. E., Bloomington.
Bill Blazar, senior vice president of public affairs and business development at the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, will discuss current economic conditions and state policies that are of concern to the region’s businesses. He will also discuss how they will be addressed by the 2017 Legislature.
Blazar’s comments will draw from hundreds of recent one-on-one visits with Twin Cities businesses, completed by the Minnesota Chamber’s Grow Minnesota! program. The luncheon is $35 for chamber members and $55 for non-members.
