The Edina Chamber of Commerce and the Edina Community Foundation are sponsoring a new program called Edina CEO Roundtable.
The first roundtable will focus on private sector job growth and is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, at Interlachen Country Club, 6200 Interlachen Blvd, Edina. The cost is $25 and includes lunch. RSVP to edinachamber.com or 952-806-9060 by Oct. 28.
The event will include a keynote speech by Kathy Tunheim, senior advisor for jobs creation for Gov. Mark Dayton. She’s also the founder of Tunheim Partners and president of IPREX Worldwide.
The roundtable will also include a panel discussion moderated by KSTP chief political reporter Tom Hauser. The panel will include Fairview Southdale Hospital President Brad Beard, Western National Insurance CEO and President Stuart Henderson, Minnesota State University Mankato Vice President for Strategic Partnerships Robert Hoffman, Edina Realty President Barbara Jandric and Barr Engineering CEO John Lee.
