Education and entertainment are planned this month during lunch at Creekside Community Center of Bloomington.
Bloomington’s Human Services Division and its senior dining program contract with Presbyterian Homes and Creative Independence to provide weekday lunch service for seniors at Creekside.
A representative from Choice Connections South Metro will discuss senior safety concerns and coming up with a plan to remain independent on Thursday, Jan. 10.
Students from Dance Endeavors of Bloomington will perform on Tuesday, Jan. 22.
Meals are $3 or less for seniors 60 and older, $6 for guests younger than 60. Prepaid reservations for special program lunches are required at least three days in advance. Meals are served at 11:30 a.m., seating begins at 11:15.
