Kennedy to host global holiday concerts
Bloomington Kennedy High School choirs will host a global celebration of holiday music at their annual holiday show, “Lights Around the World.”
Performances are 7 p.m. tonight, Dec. 6, through Saturday, Dec. 8, in the Kennedy High School auditorium, 9701 Nicollet Ave. S.
Kennedy’s holiday show is a long-standing tradition of singing and dancing set to seasonal favorites. This year’s performances will be sung in varying languages.
Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Tickets are available at the door one hour prior to each performance.
Complimentary matinee performances for seniors and elementary school students are 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7. Cookies will be served 45 minutes prior to the show. Reservations are recommended for the free shows. Seniors with reservations will be seated first.
