Bloomington church to host solar energy presentation
A Bloomington church will host a seminar on solar energy next week.
The “Using Solar to Save Money and Cut Greenhouse Gas Emissions” seminar is 6:15-7:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, at Oak Grove Presbyterian Church, 2200 W. Old Shakopee Road.
Charlie Pickard, co-owner of Aladdin Solar, will discuss how organizations can save thousands of dollars on energy costs and cut greenhouse gas emissions through the use of solar energy. He will also discuss how organizations can finance the installation of solar panels through energy savings.
